A God-centered, people-sensitive worship service is held on Sunday mornings at 9:00am.

God-Centered

Our worship service is centered on God. God has created all that exists for His glory. Therefore, to properly pursue God, we must do so on His terms and for His purpose - which is His glory. The chief end of man is to glorify his creator and enjoy Him forever. Worship should be God centered.

It is God-centered in our response to Him as well. Our response to Him is based on what He has revealed about Himself. It is demonstrated in the expression of willing and loving submission to the will of God, evidenced through obedience.

We are saved, by the work of Jesus Christ, to be worshipers of God. Seeking to be better worshipers of God through the truth of Scripture and developing a growing sincerity in our worship (John 4:24) is one of the most important activities in the life of every believer.

People-Sensitive

Our worship service is people-sensitive. Worship at The Foothills attempts to be done in a way that is sensitive to the style of today's culture in which we seek to minister. Therefore, much of the worship expression at The Foothills could be considered contemporary.
